The villa is a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with spacious rooms that are beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. Every corner of the villa exudes charm, making it an ideal retreat for our group. The outdoor space was just as impressive, featuring breathtaking views and a lovely pool area that became our favorite hangout spot. We spent our days lounging in the sun and our evenings enjoying the stunning views with a sea breeze that takes all your problems away. A special shoutout to our host, Russell! His hospitality went above and beyond. He was always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure our stay was seamless. His warmth and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway with friends or family, I can’t recommend this villa highly enough. We’re already planning our next visit!"

"This was or seventh trip to Barbados and we all agree it was the best. The house and location were exactly what we were looking for and we would definitely stay again (and hopefully will). We hired a car which made everything very convenient, Holetown and beaches just 5 minutes away and the house offered a wonderful place to relax after a day exploring the island too, everyone had their own space with pretty, mature and lush gardens and we loved it. We didn’t want or need anything, the house has is well equipped. We visited at a quiet time of year so it felt like we had the entire estate to ourselves. Stunning pools too. For us it was perfect!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Golden Palm. It’s central location was a great base from which to explore the island. We enjoyed coming back to the peace and quiet away from the hotels and tourist spots on the west and south coasts. Inland Barbados is so beautiful and this property gives you the opportunity to see it daily. The living areas are comfortable and air con in the bedrooms was very welcome! As others have said the garden and pool are terrific- it’s a good size for a family and great for swimming, dipping or lazing on a lilo! Will never forget walking out to the sound of the birds on the first morning of our trip…garden gets good sun all day. The kitchen is well equipped, place is clean and a good size generally. In a quiet residential neighbourhood where we felt safe and secure. The property is in need of a bit of cosmetic TLC here and there but nothing that impacted our visit. The Welcome Pack was super useful and big up the property manager Juliet - she’s a real star and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Vrbo hosts also very responsive in lead up to the booking. View from the master en suite bathroom was my favourite, especially if you’re lucky enough to catch a sunset whilst showering! The wifi and cable TV worked well, so teen daughter kept happy. Car is essential. We were very happy with our choice to stay here as of course accommodation can make or break a holiday. Golden Palm was definitely a make!"

"An ideal comfortable apartment for couples, based on Sugar Hill gated community. With a bonus of a private sun terrace if you don't want to walk a minute to the pool and the sun loungers there. The beach membership at Fairmount is the icing on the cake. The apartment is well provided for self catering, and the on-site restaurant and the many restaurants in Holetown just a couple of minutes drive away are a welcome alternative. A car is desirable for getting around although the joys of public transport are something to be experienced. The owner Judith and property manager Alicia are very responsive, especially since we stayed during Hurricane Beryl, keeping us informed of any issues that would affect us. Can't recommend Yellow Bird highly enough, and has become our go-to property when staying in Barbados."
