"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. "Appreciated the location of the apt, washing/dryer combo (and laundry detergent avail) with sufficient beds. The only thing that I would suggest is to replace sofa (old and worn, not comfortable) and to clean washer/Dryer with vinegar and baking soda to eliminate the foul smell emanating from it. Great location!"

"Booked Ozone on 30th April but upon arrival, we were told that our room were given to other guests! The Indian speaking man told me to get my refund from Hotel.com. Ozone is not recommended at all for booking as its not a reliable hotel to stay in. Hotel.com should not have any dealing with Ozone as its reputation will be ruined by the irresponsible attitude of the Apartment management. This is a bad experience!!!"
