"Nice hotel in front of one of the nicest beach in Bocas del Toro (Red Frog). Staff is friendly, food is good and at a fair price, and amazing breakfast! They have different options of rooms for every traveler, I traveled with friends and we chose AC rooms with private bathroom and they were very comfortable. They also offer tours which are usually better quality than if you get it in town (Isla Colon). Would go back to El Palmar."

The Chef was Cheppie and he made fantastic menus for each meal. My wife and I highly recommend this resort for a romantic getaway. "
