"We had a beatiful room with a porch facing the street but with trees and foliage blocking the street for the most part. Nice comfortable chairs on the porch. Disappointed it didn't face the water but after talking to others I think we got a better room. Room was beautiful with little kitchen. No microwave which would have been nice but a stove. Staff were great. Lovely bar and pool area overlooking the ocean. "

"It was awesome from the minute I arrived. Family owned business that went out of their way to ensure every detail was covered. Helped book excursions, gave suggestions on things to do. The food was incredible, everything I had and I had at least 2 meals there a day was delicious. "Really noisy, I even approached the lobby representative (lady) and informed her about the noise during my stay. She did confirm that next to room 203 there is a storage room under the stairs. The first night it was a disturbing noise around 11:30 pm. m. and the next night it was a loud noise again around 4:45am. m. and 6:40 a.m. m. (same day). I also paid for room 202 as well and my family members also complained about noise coming from lobby staff near room 202. in summary stay away from rooms...

"You NEED to stay here on Isla Colon. A short taxi ride into Bocas Town for nightlife but farther out of town for a restful and quiet time. Richard’s place is beautiful with garden and a relaxing pool. Right across from a sweet little restaurant and directly across from a cute little beach. Listen to the waves put you to sleep and the monkeys to wake you up. Richard is so helpful and really wants you to have a great holiday. Would definitely recommend to anybody. "
