"When we arrived at the hotel it had closed down four weeks previously. A notice on the door informed us to which hotel we had been transferred. This was difficult to access as the hotel next to The Chevalier( our new destination) was still under construction. There was no drop off point for luggage and my husband had to carry all bags from a car park about 7 minutes walk away. We were greeted by black billowing smoke. "The apartment was in a great position for all the places of interest which we wanted to visit. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the host was effective and prompt. We enjoyed the local restaurants and cafe culture. The Fete de Musique took place while we were there so we also enjoyed open air concerts. Thank you for a wonderful stay Goretti"
