"Super clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Our upstairs neighbours were a little nosy but that is no fault of the hotel (Consider that during the day you may be able to hear the people around you). Fitness facility and pool/hot tub were throughly enjoyed by myself and my partner. "

"The room was very clean. I was concerned at first as it was right next to the truck stop but we did not hear the trucks at all. The carpet in the hall required a good cleaning but it was winter when we got there. My main concern was the heat in the building. When we first got there the temperature outside was -12 and the one heat source in the room was turned off. They knew we were coming, I would think they would have had it turned on. It was chilly enough in the room that I left my coat on while it warmed up. The hall and main area of the reception and area the breakfast room was in was very chilly the whole time we were there. For customer comfort I would suggest turning the heat up a degree or two. The heat situation is why I gave the hotel condition a lower grade. "
