"Worst experience in my travels! Arrived late at darkened building with no signage of place at entrance. Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. Guest directed me to manager. Manager refused to speak to me @ my guaranteed reservation for 2 nights, and told me Sold Out! "Very interesting and quaint little hotel. The room was large enough and the decor was nice. It had an original 1930’s elevator which was TINY but really neat and nostalgic. Be aware the front desk is just a small room inside the front door and it is not manned after hours, but when you check in, they give you a key and instructions on how to get in and how to use the elevator. The location was great for proximity to the Duomo and the Metro. Would stay here again. "

"Had a good stay! Everything was clean. However, the door to the apartment was a bit challenging, it would get stuck often and was difficult to open at times. The biggest advantage was the proximity to the central train station. So it was easier to go on day trips from Milan! Overall, it was a pleasant stay, would recommend! "

"The apartment we stayed in was right in the middle of corso garabaldi, a street filled with a great mix of shops and restaurants. The complex was quiet and peaceful and the actual apartment was lovely. There were two air conditioning units which meant that you could have airflow in the bedroom as well as the living area. Definitely don't leave the windows open, Milan is rife with mosquitoes! Very easy walk to either metro station or to bus, tram and trains. Stay was very comfortable."

"This is a wonderful apartment in a great location - blocks from the Duomo and Galleria near the center of original Milan. It was also spacious, with a very nice bathroom near the front, two separate bedrooms, and a living/dining area. The furniture was basic but everything necessary was available."

"Incredibly close to the train station and the departure/drop off point for many tours making it super convenient. If you don’t mind a 30-40 minute walk it’s also no problem walking into the centre of town, otherwise it’s right by the M3 metro line which takes you right to the heart of the city. Also I really appreciated the good hotel gym. It was also surprisingly quiet for the area - couldn’t hear any traffic noise. "

Incredible place to stay in an incredible city!

"This was our third stop on a family trip, and it has by far been the best part. Started in Venice, then Verona, both of which were great cities to visit, but the accommodations there were suspect at best. Just walking into the lobby of the Rosa Grand Milan we could tell we were in a better place. Beautiful hotel, exceptional service and amenities, and great location right next to the Duomo and Galleria. Only regret is we didn't plan more time to stay longer."

"Great Hotel, we have stayed there a number of times now. It’s really close to the Central Station for easy transport in from the Airports (we usually use a bus which stops at the side of the central Station) but it’s also really close to the underground, a short ride on the M3 and you’re in the Centre of Milan. The hotel itself is clean and quiet with very good staff. Rooms are very good, from the basic room to the superior rooms, not done a suite yet, but they look good on the website. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a couple rather than a family. "

"Great location, very near the train station and subway. The hotel itself was a bit hard to find at first but once we got there and made a note of the location, it was easy to access. Room itself was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy and the restaurant food was good for dinner. Reception wasn’t super helpful with questions but that could have been a language issue. Overall we had a great stay."
