"We had a nice stay at this house. We were traveling with family and had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Dominick was very attentive with our check in/out and available if we needed him, but we didn’t!"

"Very good, lots of dinner and cookware, linens and towels. Very clean and authentic . The scenery from the porch was enjoyable, especially seeing the airplanes. Chris was very accommodating to our needs."

"Check-in was easy enough and house was very clean. The host was unaware, however, that the house smelled overwhelming of cigarette smoke when we first walked in and given this was listed as a non-smoking rental, this was a concern. My group found another place to stay the first night while the host made arrangements for Maintenance to come get the issue addressed, and it was addressed the next afternoon. My group opted not to stay at the house the rest of our stay as the accommodations we found for the first night worked for our purposes. I have asked the host for a refund for only the first night and might she consider a refund of the cleaning fee since we never used the property. While I recognize the host can decline such a request, what bothers mee is she completely ghosted me. Myefforts to communicate with the host have gone unanswered as have VRBOs, as best as I understand it from them. Given everything turned out fine, I have no idea what is going on with host here but my group finds the lack of communication very unprofessional. PS. I brought awareness to the host that the ceiling fans in the 2 spare bedrooms are hanging a bit precariously once you turn them on."

"Quiet neighborhood. Nice clean house with nice appliances. More spacious than the photos show. Love the fenced in yard. "

"Our first clue that this property was not going to be good was the dirt road it sits on. The homes in the area and the area in general is sketchy looking. The property is covered in fallen oak tree leaves. Doesn’t look like any attempt has been made to tidy up the exterior of the property. The house is filled with furniture and dishes, glasses, etc that came from a thrift store or yard sale. The mattress on the bed is cheap ( less than 12 inches thick) and uncomfortable. The couch is equally uncomfortable. Absolutely wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend that anyone else does either"

"Everything you would need except a dishwasher. Fortunately it was only me. Otherwise, dishes could be a bit of a hassle with no dish rack/drying area. I still enjoyed the use of it for what I was there to do. Large TV’s in every room and great Wi-Fi. As far as the property manager goes, if you mean the host, he lives across the street and was very helpful. The contact people from the website are absolutely useless if you have a question. I received not one single response."
