Sleeping arrangements
This single-level home accommodates up to nine guests across three bedrooms and five beds. Two king beds and three twin beds provide comfortable places to unwind after the day, and a queen pull-out sofa in the detached game room offers additional sleeping room. Each bedroom includes room-darkening blinds, bed linens, extra pillows, and clothing storage options such as a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser.

Indoor living
The open concept living area features high-beamed ceilings, a large sectional, a recliner, and a 65 inch HDTV. A dedicated workspace provides a private spot for focus with an ergonomic chair, laptop stand, and surge protector. Families will find a children’s playroom, board games, and safety features such as outlet covers and baby safety gates. Climate control includes central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen includes Samsung appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel oven, mini fridge, and coffee makers. The screened lanai features a dining table that offers a comfortable place to gather while enjoying views of the yard. A free washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Outdoor living
The private outdoor pool is open all year and available 24 hours. It is not heated and provides a refreshing space for daytime swims. The fully fenced backyard includes open grassy areas, outdoor furniture, and a private patio. A private BBQ grill and barbecue utensils add convenience for outdoor cooking. The detached, climate-controlled game room includes a pool table, arcade games, a 55 inch Smart TV, life size games, and a theme room feature that adds character to the space.

Family and pet-friendly features
This pet-friendly home welcomes your dogs, and baby gear such as a crib, pack ’n play, standalone high chair, children’s dinnerware, and a children’s playroom is available. Bathroom essentials and laundry essentials are provided, along with home safety items including exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
