"A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. The kitchen with a very minimum staff, but electrodomestics good. The neighbourhood area not very nice, people around drinking and a lot of rubbish in the streets. It was excellent...

When we arrived, the window was open and the bed was covered with dead midges. We were able to sweep them off, so we didn’t make a fuss about it. "Lots of information sent in advance about the building and all it and the area around it offers which was nice .Very close to Milano Central and area at Milano Central where the airport buses pick up . We were greeted and given instructions on using the key fob to enter and exit . We were shown to our room which included some welcome snacks and water and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The room was much larger than I expected and very nice .Pleasant experience- would definitely stay here...
