"House totally as described but slightly spooked by the monkey butler as we entered by mobile torch light. The house is obviously still used to some extent as fresh food was found in the fridge. The kitchen oven and extractor were filthy. All dishes and pans had to be washed before they could be used. Carpets and floors had not been hoovered, cobwebs also noted. "A well sized house for a family of 4 that was nice and tidy. There are some lovely walks in the woods you can explore without the need to drive. Winchester and Southampton are both a 15 minute drive and there are plenty of things to do with kids locally. We really appreciated Kerry putting up some holiday decorations for us as we were there over Christmas visiting family."

A little disappointed that the coffee machine was out of order after being sent instructions to read and purchasing beans.
