That was a plus being on the 3rd floor. easy property access. Overlooking a park from the balcony. easy walk to Peabody to watch the ducks. Thank you "

"First let me say The communication was 10/10 the host answered questions I had way before my stay and also while I was there. the home 15/10! Very kid friendly very clean ! The host left everything we needed as far as cleaning supplies and linen ! Here in Memphis it’s hard finding a home with television in each room ! This home is absolutely IT ! If you are trying to weight your options , drop the others and book this home nowwww !!!"

Communication response was quick when we had a couple of questions arise. Took an Uber to Beale Street since it was dark and we didn't know the area. Then walked over to the Peabody to look around the city from the rooftop. I will stay again if in the area."

"Lovely little condo with everything a couple needs to vacay in the south. Best equipped kitchen I have ever seen on Vrbo! I mentioned our trip was to celebrate our anniversary and JR left us a bottle of wine and a very sweet note. Our first time in Memphis, but we cannot imagine a better location. The neighborhood looks a little industrial on Streetview, but my sweetie and I strolled around quite safely. It's just a short walk from the start of Beale Street and there are two Diners,...
