"The staff at the property were terrible and pretty unreasonable. We checked out and were going to have lunch at the hotel restaurant and they wanted us to move our car. The receptionists were rude and the breakfast wasn`t good. "

"There’s no parking and very difficult parking in narrow streets around. The rooms are well renovated but the mattresses would need to be replaced as they are not comfortable. Very convenient location right in front of the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay! "

"We booked a family room/suite for 4 but when we arrived there was no such room in the hotel available so we had ro sleep in an appartment in a bigger old family house . It was not so bad as we had quite big space for ourselve and a beautiful sea view but the first moment when we arrived and couldn’t get the booked room in the hotel after 4 hours trip with kids was quite frustrating….the lady who gave us the keys and showed the house probably was the owner of the house and she was quite nice"

"The hotel is nice, clean, and has a sense of boutique class. But its interior decoration with James Dean and Liz Taylor pictured wall papers was off with the local area, and breakfast was not really up to any standards. Overall, it is an overpriced facility."

"This place was perfect as a home base for a couple days. I was able to explore the town, explore Amasra, and the surrounding area. They had perfect amenities and the breakfast was very appreciated. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Bartin."

We arrived at the hotel to be told that there wasn’t any booking made for us and told by the manager that we had been scammed and if we wanted to stay we would have to pay again, despite showing her our Expedia reservation details and bank statements as proof, she would not accept it.
