"This was a very disappointing experience. We did not end up staying at Emin Butik Otel. We had booked, paid and received confirmation only to arrive and be told by the owner that there was a problem. They had no vacancy. The owner said he had closed the bookings on the websites the hotel advertised through. He said we shouldn’t have been able book it. "The hotel was a bit difficult to find but was well appointed, except for the absence of a lift. We enjoyed our stay although Saturday night was a little noisy! It is well located for easy access to restaurants, shops and the old town."
