"Check in was a disaster. They didn't communicate through email any check in instructions, they use an App that I don't have or use. Once we cleared that up it took almost an hour from the time I got the the property to figure out their demands to get an expensive deposit made until I could get a code to get into the place. The management company the owner uses for check in is a disaster. Poor customer service, didn't respond to most emails. The place itself is small and basic which is fine....

"Good location - on a working farm with lots of animals but also lots of safe areas for children to play - cottage clean and comfortable as listed - lots to do locally - good pubs and eating places in and around Malpas - nice area for cycling"

"We’ve just had a great 4 night stay at this very comfortable and modern converted barn. The view from the balcony through the double bi-fold doors is extremely relaxing with donkeys, cows, horse and pheasants in the adjoining fields and paddocks. Although rural, Whitchurch and Wem are just a short drive for amenities. Parking is behind a private gated entrance. Highly recommended - in fact we’ve already booked a return visit."

"Comfortable beds but bathroom is damp and has black mould, stairs are really steep, lounge is small and garden is overgrown and inaccessible. Kitchen has very limited utensils (not even a chopping board or sharp knife). Neighbours dogs are quite annoying too! But close to a small park and good wifi/Netflicks TV."
