"The Chateau exceeded all of our expectations. We are a group of 13 friends who have travelled a few times together and Mas des Pampres was perfect. "This is a pleasant, quiet, updated and well-maintained small stone house. The garden is beautiful and restful, and the location is excellent. A few things: there is a narrow, very steep spiral staircase which is not for the uncoordinated or faint of heart. The kitchen is minimal, with little tableware, a half-dishwasher, and no oven, which we note because we had intended on baking a birthday cake. The landlady/family are very nice and help to make for a pleasant stay."

The other 2 bedrooms plus the one upstairs bathroom and the separate toilette have air conditioning from only one unit located on the stair landing. It was not sufficient. St Remy was a lovely visit and the market day on Wednesday was a real treat. "A week in this house with our 3 adult children and their boy/girlfriends was absolutely perfect. 1.5 hours from Marseille airport and close proximity to lovely towns and villages with world class food and wine on offer (like Nyons, Vaison la Romaine, Beaumes des Venice, Gigondas and many more!) made this holiday one of the best we ever had. Veronica is a lovely host and very responsive. We would recommend this property on all parameters and have already talked about a return. "
