"I loved the area, there was only three parking spots available for the most part we had a spot. There was one night we didn’t have a spot which was annoying because it is hard to find parking. However Ubers were cheap and easy. The only complaint I have is that I wish they included more towels, bed sheets, and cleaning supplies. "The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

We had a balcony unit so two large doors lead outside to a small balcony. Two windows (above the balcony doors with no curtain or shade) let you know when it's daytime. "The room, location and view were great. After the checkin confusion we had a great time. Everyone was nice and helpful. "I stayed for a week with two other friends. We really enjoyed our stay. Very walkable to Old San Juan and Balneario del Escambrón Beach (around 15 minutes each). There are multiple dining options (also walkable), but I recommend eating at Old San Juan. The only point of discomfort was that we could not throw toilet paper down the toilet, but that's because the pipes around Old San Juan are an older version.
