"The rooms have been updated and are fine. We always book riverside because we like watching the changing river .Bring your own toilet paper and the towels need to be replaced, unless you enjoy sandpapering your body. You can't beat the location! Erosion is working on the dunes and it was sad to see the probable future. "

"We enjoyed the location. We were able to walk along Short Sand Beach to the town. We walked to the nubble Lighthouse, although it is on a busy road so others might choose to drive. We also walked to Long Sand Beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Because we were 6 units the house worked really well for our group. "
