"Read carefully before booking.You might not get what you thought to reserve. Both hotel and Expedia were deceiving on the room selection. I booked a room assuming it was what the pictures showed and detailed on Expedia. To my surprise it was not what I booked but an apartment room. "Great stay. Attentive host. A very nice place sitting on a hillside overlooking the ocean and beautiful Playa Blanca beach at the foot of the hill. Enjoyed hanging out at the large terrace and taking in the amazing view. Saw a good number of scarlet macaws and flocks of pelicans. Down at the beach saw a troop of capuchin monkeys.
