"Beautiful property, great views, very nice and comfortable cabin. Very convenient right on the airport. The airport is great, good asphalt and good tie down cables. Short walk into town. There was some road noise and shooting going on but it wasn’t bad, still a very peaceful setting ."

"The property is very calming - listening to the the wind in the trees while sitting at the fire pit. The house was very nice with one exception. The water had a strong smell that seemed to get worse each time we showered. We also noticed the smell in the house a few times. This was the only issue - as returning to the property each day was a treat. Being able to watch the UT-Georgia Game was great - until Georgia won. I cooked ribeye steaks on the grill Sunday night. "So the house is beautifully furnished, the decor is very nice. My family said it's a nice 70s style house with a touch of modern, and the appliances work very well. There are no laundry appliances. River access in the back yard, is good, over grown with lily pads. But still very nice and great vacation spot."

"Fantastic home/property for a large group-we had 10. Direct river access was perfect, close enough to town if you forgot anything but far enough away that it was a quiet, peaceful getaway. Outdoor games provided were great! We all agreed-we would definitely stay here again"

"We checked in at 4:00pm. Storm hit at 7:00 and by 7;20 we had no power. We waited around to see when it was gonna come back on. 21/2 hours we left for a motel because of our lil ones. When emailed the next day we got one short email and it said “ there is nothing we can do, we have no control over the storm! They didn’t respond to anything after that…"
