They’ve anticipated every need we might have during our stay, and I was blown away by how everything was perfectly labeled—right when I had a question, there was the answer, ready to go! The variety of river shoes was fantastic, and the owner was super responsive, making our experience even more enjoyable. For families, this place is a dream come true! With baby gates, high chairs, pack n play, and adorable kid plates and cups, they’ve got everything covered for little ones. And the location? Absolutely unbeatable! The river is breathtakingly beautiful—crystal clear waters where little kids can splash around safely, and deeper areas for the brave to dive into. Every moment spent here felt like pure joy! Watching the birds while we ate, thanks to the bird feed they provided, was such a delightful bonus for the kids. If you’re looking for the perfect family getaway, look no further! This place is an absolute gem, and I can’t recommend it enough!"

"Quiet and peaceful. Amazing night sky with the sound of the river and croaking frogs. Leaky has some great little restaurants. Bent Rim Grill and Gypsy Sally's were great. State parks nearby with good hiking, especially Lost Maples"

"Need larger tv in cozy cabin . Need better entry signs ,drove by it both ways ,very easy to miss and this is my third time here .Maybe paint cactus at entry a bright green or orange"

"This property was absolutely amazing. The back porch view was outstanding giving us the appreciation to enjoy the scenario. The stars popped at night, we saw critters, and the property’s river access allowed my kids to fish and even swim some. In fact, i found some deep water holes when Inwas rescuing a fishing lure on the opposite river bank. In addition, the property was located conveniently to the grocery store in Leakey and were able to hang out and enjoy music at the local venues.If you are looking for a quiet get away and reconnect with your loved ones, book this place. Rumor has it, that they are adding a pool as well so you can break things up with the family."

"Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very scenic area. Great views "
