"This was a great place to stay. House was nice and clean, and a beautiful view of the James River. Judy was very welcoming, and open to communication, though we didn't need much during our stay. The location wasn't what I was expecting, but that's my fault, due to lack of researching. However, it's only a total 1 hour drive to Williamsburg, which includes a 20 minute ride on the ferry, which was pretty pleasant. Overall great stay."

"My friends and I had such a great time time making meals, cooking on the grill and chilin’ at the house after our rounds of local golf. Normally, I have to bring LOTS of things from home to make gourmet meals. Not here — cookware, serving bowls, plenty of glassware, everything needed to make nice meals at “home” - what a treat. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor is so inviting to chill after a day exploring and experimenting Williamsburg. I highly recommend this home and look forward...

"The house is ideally situated on the James River, with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The layout of the house itself is perfect for gathering for meals and games, as well as for individuals to retreat for quiet time. The kitchen is well-stocked, with no gaps in supplies. And the homeowner is incredibly thoughtful and responsive, including dealing perfectly with the ups-and-downs of some weather issues. We are looking forward to many future stays at this property! "We loved our time here while exploring the Williamsburg area. The condo unit was perfectly sized, very comfortable, and close to everything! The activity center with arcade was a nice extra for our tween and teen, and having a kitchen to prepare a few meals was incredibly helpful! Highly recommend. "
