"This three-story Federal-style home has a delightful view of the York River. The only thing I didn't give five stars to in my review was the property listing, because the photos simply don't do it justice. The rooms are generously spacious, with a deck on both the first and second floors. The entire third floor is one huge bedroom, with two double beds. "This house is simply amazing!!! Wonderful space for multiple families to gather, relax and cook family meals together. House was beautifully decorated for Christmas—a nice touch since we were three families far from home for the holiday. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing/photos and the owners were super easy to communicate with. House is minutes from Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, New Town and other attractions. The farm fresh eggs and brownies were a nice touch!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at this home. We were a group of 12 ladies getting away for a girls weekend. This place was perfect, we did not leave for 3 days! Pickleball, paddle boarding, hot tub, and the arcade kept us busy. We were also able to go on long walks in the area. Plenty of room for everyone and a nice large kitchen to cook meals in and just hang out!"
