"Communications were great, and they made sure we knew what we needed for the stay. The place was clean and had plenty of linens and towels for our use. I do think that if you have a small car you will have trouble getting in to the site, especially if there's bad weather. I needed to put my truck into 4-Wheel drive a couple of times."

"We were attending a wedding nearby and wanted a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Farmview cottage was perfect! The cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed for a short stay. We wished we could've explored the Zen Barn but it was occupied by a group. Some of the cats on the property gave us a tour of the other neat spots like the boat with the sitting area on top and the sauna. All in all, a great experience!"

"We had a great time getting away and having a secluded, private and peaceful place to stay. We drove around Shenandoah’s Sky Line Dr and came back to amazing weather and spent a few hours in the hot tub. Accessing the property was easy peasy and the property manager was super quick to respond to any questions. Very relaxing, exactly what we needed! Hiking and the national park were a reasonable drive. The town of Elkton was great with small shops and restaurants as well as anything needed like groceries. James was an excellent host. "We had 3 couples staying for a trip to the area to dine at 3 Blacksmiths. The house was HUGE and fully stocked with everything you could need. The caretakers answered all of our questions and were very helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the ping pong table, fire pits and hot tub. We are already discussing booking another trip with our kids!"
