"This place is amazing, with that being said, service needs a big improvement, not sure it it was because it was off season, but we had the hardest time to get anyone to check us in, staff kept walking by and ignoring us, throughout the whole stay I felt like I was bothering the staff that was walking around by just being there, constant bad looks towards us, while we walked around, the “hotel’ itself it amazing, you’ll love it, rooms were great, amazing views, restaurant food was great and...
