"Front desk was very fast in check in. Vidyuth was very helpful in making the necessary arrangements. Ensured all luggages were sent to hotel rooms while we left for shopping as it was not check in time yet. It was completely hassel free which saved alot of time. "Overall stay was fine and reception & restaurant/buffet staff were really nice. But there are better choices in this range. There were few things that could be improved: - The room was quite noisy even on the 11th floor. We could hear lot of out side noise/traffic even with balcony windows closed. - The staff outside the hotel lobby to receive guests were quite choosy when it comes to open doors in and out of the lobby and opening car doors.
