"Booked 2 executive king bedroom for the family, ended up getting 2 separate rooms in separate floors. No king bed and twin instead, had trouble getting the baby sleep. Booked a non smoking room and ended up in a room that was stinking cigarettes. Arrived late tired from king flight, no hot water to bath, slept dirty. Front desk was rude and argued we didn’t book king bed and twin instead, they had generously upgraded us to king. While complaining about the smoke, he said will spray perfume!!"

"Everything was great during the stay. Airconditioners were old and were making noise. Other than that it was a pleasant trip."
