"The resort was beautiful. The service was good. It took a while to get drinks by the pool or beach. They also only allowed you to have one room key which meant you could not cool your room if you were not in it which is ridiculous. It was very hot. They have 4 pools and none were adults only. There were kids jumping all over including splashing water near my food and drink. At least one pool should be adults only and enforce it. "

Everything worked fine and there were no issues until February 20th when a day long rain storm resulted in water entering the main floor through a ceiling pot light and water running down the interior wall behind the wall mounted tv set.
