"This hotel is attached to the airport so it was great for an early morning departure flight. Bed was very comfy so we got a good night sleep. Also, concierge was great. I has lost an item at another hotel and was able to have it delivered and held for me. The Hyatt just took it over so I am sure they will spruce it up a bit. Overall clean, good service and conveniently located."

"Perfect for stop over. I forgot to reserve the shuttle bus in advance and arrived at the collection point just after one had left. Decided to take taxi rather than wait an hour for next free shuttle bus. 170 baht and 15 mins. by meter taxi. Hotel very clean with good restaurant for dinner."

"This hotel was definitely one of the weirdest I stayed at. The villas were huge and very interesting and the pool was excellent to spent time at during our pre-departure day. It felt abandoned though and we saw very few people. There is nothing to do outside of the compound so I don't recommend this for your stay in Bangkok. "It was a very nice place to stay at a night before leaving. The staff was fantastic and very helpful! The only downside was the bathroom, somehow it is extremely hot and swampy- much hotter than the outside- even with the window open. We would stay here again when we visit next time. "

"Close to the airport, but far from the city (45-50min). If you’re looking for a quiet area with food options, vendor markets, then this is the location for you. Staff was friendly. Easy access to public transportation. Room was clean. The beds did roll around which was scary. But otherwise a very nice hotel."
