"All three units were nicely furnished, clean and kitchens well equipped. It would be nice to have foil or saran wrap and/or cooking spray. Road noise on one unit was bad. There are fans for white noise. Host were very responsive and charged an additional cleaning fee for moving. "

Conflicting directions for where cottage was located, where key was located, no clear directions on how to operate many of the appliances, hot tub, , Bulbs out, AC in Lvg rm didn’t work. Nails in floor that kept catching so had to wear shoes. "

"We loved finding this AirB&B because we waited too long to book a place near the Eclipse path in 2024. This was literally the only reasonably priced place for miles. It appeared as it may have been rushed into being ready for such visitors. There were a few small stains on the master carpet and stickers on the master bedroom dressers. It didn't bother us at ALL (with many kids), but is something that could be addressed for pickier visitors. The bathroom window was also open, which we didn't...

"We were looking for a quiet weekend and got just what we needed. Super close to some of our favorite wineries and discovered some new spots. A nice alternative to the bustle of Oktoberfest in Fredericksburg. Room was as advertised and very eclectic and comfortable. Super comfortable bed was a huge plus as well. 10/10 will stay there again."

"It was a great stay. There is some small things that would have made our stay easier like putting nightstands by the bed to plug a phone or watch in on and things ljke that. But overall our stay was great and Angelica was amazing to communicate with. "
