"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. She even arranged a small cake and candle as my daughter turned 17 during our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. "Traders was incredible! The Suite was so spacious and very luxurious. The breakfast was huge and delicious. The VIP Lounge was fitting of the word VIP. The location next to the Twin Towers and multiple shopping malls was so convenient. If you are staying in Kuala Lumpur City Center, this is the place to stay hands down!"
