"We thought that the location was great. Right across the station. Walking distance to some restaurants and shops. The daily Japanese breakfast was delicious and convenient. Would definitely stay here if we decide to come back to Aizuwakamatsu again."

"Higashiyama onsen is a lovely, narrow canyon on the outskirts of Aizuwakamatsu. The red and blue sightseeing buses stop within 150 yards of the hotel. The onsen baths are not too hot. The food is great. Our room was a regular one and was spacious. All in all it was a very nice place. "

"小さい子供連れでの1泊でした。チェックインの時間15:00に着いたのですが部屋の清掃がすんでいなくて1時間ほど待たされました。ラウンジがあってウェルカムドリンクが提供されていましたが1時間の待ち時間は少し長すぎると思いました。お風呂は綺麗で快適、朝ごはんのビュッフェも美味しかったです。少し奥まったところにあるので館内にコンビニか軽食を買えるところがあると良いと思いました。近くに食べ物を買うところもなくひとり七千円のビュッフェの夕食しかなくて少し困りました。結局は国道を歩いてイタリアンレストランに行きピザをテイクアウトしました。次はきっと泊まらないと思います。"

"Had had a great stay in this beautiful hotel. One of our group members had left behind his bag in a remote restaurant prior to his arrival and with the great assistance of the hotel staff, we managed eventually to confirm that the bag had been sent to a police station. The staff, who didn’t speak good English , had been very patient in understanding my Japanese of limited proficiency , and had the matter sorted out to our great satisfaction."
