"We had an incredible time at Paolyn Houseboat at the end of September! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in store for something special... the restaurant and boats are quietly tucked into the cliffs, creating a serenely stunning atmosphere. Paulo was a fantastic host and it was inspiring to know that the project also benefits the Tagbanua tribe, many of whom are employed as staff. "I didnt know what to expect when I booked it. Arrival was by bus from the airport to the harbour and boat to the island. The harbour is not easy to maneuvere, and not advisable for anyone with mobility issues. There are 16 cottages and they are small but lovely, mine [number 1] was right on the beach. The staff and boatmen are lovely and nothing is a problem to them, including arranging excursions for you. Food is good and pool area great. Thank you for a wonderful peaceful week."
