"Pullman Luang Prabang was a fantastic experience: peaceful, tranquil and luxurious. Every member of staff was dedicated to making our stay wonderful, the grounds were tranquil and there were lots of lovely locations to relax in, including 2 large pools. The outstanding service provided by David and the hotel staff is what made our holiday so memorable. David looked after us every day, including his days off! From arranging day tours to bringing lunch to us by the pool, all our needs were more than met. We we also given a room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. All room balconies face the lovely rice fields, so there's no fear of missing out, wherever you stay. The hourly shuttle to town centre was very convenient, so there was no need to worry about the hotel being located a bit further than expected. We were even dropped directly at our restaurant! The hotel rabbits, cats and buffalo were a delightful addition to the lovely environment. I'm certain that anyone who stays here will be impressed and leave with fond memories of swaying rice fields, warm local smiles and a feeling of wanting to come back."

"Great location, right on Mekong River. Many sites like phousi mountain, national museum, morning Market, night market and Many temples walkable. Quiet and safe area. Included free bicycle rental, free sunset Cruise and free mini bar. We had deluxe room, spacious, quiet, comfortable bed and nice amenities. NO TV but can get it upon request. Great breakfast on Mekong River side. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many shops, restaurants and massage spas at walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and in future will consider to stay again. No swimming pool, air-condition and wifi worked well. "

"Fantastic stay. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Breakfast was exceptional - hot and cold options, local and French inspired and all home made. The passion fruit maritozzi were a particular favourite. Great to have access to bikes. Beautiful setting convenient for Luang Prabang."

"Hotel is beautiful and clean, beds are good and so is shower. Breakfast buffet is excellent, they do a fanstastic job. Cleaning staff takes a while to get things picked up, but eventually it happens. Definitely nice hotel for the price in great location. 15 minute walk to markets"
