"Exceptional friendly and very helpful staff. Beach was easily accessible and a magnificent view of the sea bay. Our room included the club lounge which we had our daily breakfast and afternoon mini buffet during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The gym was well equipped, but the machine felt sticky. Perhaps they should supply antiseptic wet wipe for people to wipe down the equipments. I would have no problem in staying at the Dusit Thani Krabi."

"We loved Railay Bay Resort and wish we stayed longer. I had 2 massages with Kate which were excellent. The only downside is the restaurant on location is quite average. The restaurant is very understaffed, but otherwise the rest of the resort seemed well taken care of with plenty of help. "

Front desk staff and check in great facilities lovely clean and welcoming towel service friendly and breakfast very good with lovely attentive staff. Our ocean view front room was great. We enjoyed the entertainment and the ease of moving from beach to hotel. Also enjoyed the new night market right behind the hotel. Lots of entertainment fun and great food. Kids loved the pool and overall place very clean tidy and organized. Appreciate all the hard working staff and enjoyed our dinner at the beach front bar. Free kids menu was a nice promo!! Finally the ladies who cleaned the room were great our room was spotless and they were lovely "

"This resort is huge! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our room was clean and comfortable. Main pool and beach area was awesome. There are limited pool chairs for how many guests there are and this hotel does not serve alcohol. There is a market walking street next door that has great shopping, massage salons, food options and bars. "
