"Initially we were given a balcony room where the tree was blocking the view, the staff were very helpful and swapped us to a room on a higher floor with a perfect view. The facilities are great including a fridge and air conditioning in the room. The breakfast was tasty. The room and whole property was kept clean including the pool. It took us about 5-10 minutes to walk to town where the restaurants are. There is an amazing view from the rooftop, sadly this wasn't cleaned for a few days whilst we were there with glasses and bottles left on the table, probably from other guests not tidying up. I would recommend anyone to stay here, if you can stretch your money the balcony room and view is so worth it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The service was top-notch, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. For a fee, they conveniently arrange transportation to and from Baltar Airport, which made our trip even smoother. Additionally, they provide free clean cold/hot drinking water and coffee for guests downstairs, which was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!"

"There was a hammock in the room - we loved it. Overall a great stay. The staff was friendly and the space was comfortable. It was difficult to get a taxi to the pier in the morning and the walk isn’t too far (15-20 min) but we had heavy bags so it was inconvenient. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. "

The host was outstanding—incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with arranging tours, cabs, and sharing great local recommendations. Our room was beautiful, well-appointed, and kept spotless thanks to the exceptional maid service. One of the highlights of our stay was the included breakfast—10 out of 10! Each morning featured a delicious, different hot meal, freshly prepared and beautifully served. The location was perfect—just a few blocks from the center of town, close enough to everything while still feeling peaceful and quiet. The hotel itself is charming, with lovely design touches and a small pool in the courtyard that adds a relaxing, tropical vibe. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Santa Cruz! It truly made our Galápagos experience even more memorable"

"Max and Lourdes were amazing hosts who couldn’t do enough to help. On booking they sent out additional information regarding tours and Santa Cruz. They were always ready to answer questions or to recommend places. They have even gone to the trouble of making videos to explain how to catch the ferry etc. which is very reassuring when you have no idea what to expect. My room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Fluffy white towels in the bathrooms, daily housekeeping, daily breakfast with freshly made eggs, I didn’t need anything more. Lourdes was very helpful in booking my ferries to other islands which saved me a lot of time."
