Copper Mountain Retreat is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance after 9:00 PM and has a very low noise tolerance, including motorcycles, and loud vehicles (to a maximum of 3). Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains. In addition, we kindly ask guests to turn off porch lights when not in use as it resides in a "Dark Sky Neighborhood".
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• This property is pet friendly and allows a maximum of one dog with the payment of a non-refundable pet fee.
• Travel Insurance Recommended
During the winter months, we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.

• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per dog (plus taxes) 2 dogs max.

• A Vacation Coordinator from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
