"This hotel is a very affordable option for those wanting to visit Arlington or DC. It’s less than a mile from the metro - walking distance to the heart of Ballston. Room was clean and comfortable. It was reasonably quiet. It’s great if you are just looking for a place to sleep. The only two issues that keep this from being a 5-star for me are parking and elevators. Parking is tight and if you get in late, you have to park underneath the building. I felt relatively safe, but it looked sketchy....

"We needed to be close to our son’s house and have our own space. Location was great and owner really tried to be helpful with nice extras like coffee, some snacks and garage door opener. Parking was a challenge for visitors. Beds were comfy. We would like to rent again. "

"This is a very nice apartment in Arlington about 2 blocks from the metro to go to DC and walking distance to local restaurants, bars and groceries. The neighborhood is easy to get to by car or metro and safe. You do not need a car if you stay here. The host was proactively communicating and check in was easy at the complex concierge which is staff 24x 7. Apartment was very nice with everything we needed Highly recommend and would use again"
