"My daughter, two granddaughters and myself drove 3 hours to Charlotte to attend the Southern Christmas Show. We were going to arrive late, so I called to let someone know that we would be be late. Adrian answered and assured me that there was no problem! He said that he would be there until 11 and was looking forward to our visit. When we arrived he greeted us with a smile and efficiently gave us our room assignment! He explained about the parking, breakfast etc. I laughingly told him that I was in a brain fog for being on the road for so long, and repeated his directions about the parking back to him to be sure that I understood. He said " I'll tell you what-- I will meet you on the 5th floor of the parking deck and show exactly where the park". He did just that! He actually beat us up to the parking area and guided us into our parking space like someone at the airport. He was fantastic and did everything with a smile! I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you Adrian for making our stay special! "

"Usually when paying for a hotel of this price youre expecting a lot less but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean, the cleaning crew came by everyday and switched out the towels (and the sheets when we asked). Check In & Out was very quick and easy with friendly service. The breakfast is lackluster with just yogury, some pastries, juice and a waffle maker. No eggs, bacon, sausage but there is a cracker barrel basically in the same parking lot! There was a little bit of noise outside with people being loud but it wasnt too bothersome. I would recommend staying here if you looking to stay in budget but not want a run down hotel. "
