"5 star hotel... was well taken care of by staff. beach club on roof was definate plus. resturants have variety of food options. Room was better then could have imagined."

"The shower drain was clogged shut with little to no hot water and the entire floor felt like a sauna, with a hallway temperature exceeding the outside temperature and humidity by a wide margin. The place was under renovation which was never made mention of during the process. The staff was nice, but I basically wasted a restless night because they lied by omission to keep their booking. Travelocity also made no mention of this."
