Very nice and confortable place.
It is a very nice, confortable, quiet and affordable hotel. The staff is very friendly. The only thing that worries me is that they change every day really all the bedding, even the blankets. Such a waist.

Stayed at Devera Hotel on a recent trip to Pampanga. Check in went well. Location was convenient to SM Clark. The AC in the room was great. Safe worked well and bed was comfortable. Wifi speed was adequate. Here are the problems. Water would get barely warm at best. There is a club next door that plays loud music till 5 or 6 am. I don't mind the street sounds but the bass from the speakers really make it difficult to get a good night sleep. I was considering rating it a 3 or 4 but opted for 4 only because the staff were amazing. Always cheerful and greeted me as I left and returned to the hotel.
