The rooms are old and need upgrading. One of the mattresses is thin from being used too long, too often. The built-in furniture are ragged and worn - clean, thankfully, but very much need replacing.
The staff are generally helpful and responsive.
It was great having a 24hr restaurant and a 24hr coffee shop with relatively good food and choices. Easy access to trikes and worse come to worst, you can walk to SM Clark when traffic is bad.
We liked the rooftop restaurant and pool plus the massage spa. It was a convenient meeting place for friends- only thing that marred the experience was the arrozcaldo which was undercooked which pretty much had nothing but a few slices of chicken which went missing after I had them recook it.
I understand the concept of offering base rates but it is not fun having to pay for glasses, pillows (only gives one pillow per person), and cutleries. I think Prime Asia should at least make these part of their base rate inclusions.
