"We had been looking forward to our weekly stay in Scotland for almost 3 years. Sadly, the villa did not meet our high expectations. First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. You get what you pay for...Let me start by saying the location in Scotland is great for access to many sightseeing locations but the house is on the main road and the bedrooms bordering the road do not allow anyone to sleep past 6am unless you are used to sleeping next to a busy road. "Host Matt was very accommodating, place was very comfortable, clean. We stayed nine days and travelled in every direction from there. Close to town for groceries. Was really nice to be able to come “home” every evening and relax…and Matt checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Jenny, Tom, Frank and Nancy"

"We had a lovely few days in this property and the weather was stunning too. We made good use of the hot tub, the bbq and the walled garden great for relaxing. About a mile or so out of Cupar so not suitable to walk into. Very central to visit local things though we went to the East coast Crail, Anstruther etc and also went the other way to Fawlkand and Auchtrrmucty. All in all very good x "

"Such an amazing property, don't think the listing does it justice! We had 11 friends and a dog together for the weekend and the house was just fantastic. So much room inside with everything very well equipped. The outside space was amazing, a group sports day was hosted outside and the hot tub was thoroughly used. We will definitely be back!"
