"Staff were extremely helpful, service and support were efficient. Room was clean, well stocked, soaps,ect. Hot water clean towels. No need for anything else. Breakfast qas served by friendly and helpful staff ,food was excellent. "

"We were greeted by a charming young man called Luke at check in Our first night was disrupted by the fire alarm going off at 10pm … then we were wakened by a couple having a full on fight at 5am doors banging , shouting and sweating woke us up and then could not get back to sleep :0( However second night was excellent , we had a nice dinner at the bar area and the service was excellent . Not the peaceful weekend we expected ! "

"Excellent location for our needs. Clean, quiet and warm. Staff welcoming and friendly. In particular John who checked us in, getting a warm, helpful welcome, sets the tone for the whole stay. Also, Emma who was friendly and helpful. Location maybe good, room maybe nice, but it is the staff that make the difference. 5 stars for the staff, thank you."
