Groceries, cafes, restaurants- all within minutes. The beach is vibrant though swimming might be challenging, it’s not quiet waters. We loved it though. "

We did tours everyday and would say this spot is a perfect combo for your pick up but after returning right near fun evening time places and the beach! The balcony is a nice option for fresh air, although do have to note the construction - but to be honest you should out and about anyhow around the island so should barely notice ;) The unit itself is modern and great. "Overall, enjoyed our stay and the apartment was quite nice, the view being the best part. While the building was older, it always had a security guard and felt safe. Great location in San Juan, you can walk to a couple gyms and many restaurants, plus there’s rentable lime/e scooters nearby you can download the app and use. Really close to old San Juan, across the street from t-mobile district and other nightlife areas. Great two weeks spent here, enjoyed our stay. "

Ocean Park Beach (just a few walking minutes away).

"The location in San Juan is excellent and just off a beautiful beach. We loved having a secure dedicated parking space. We didn't use the pool but it is very nice and well maintained. The overall space is a bit tight but more than adequate since your mostly just sleeping there. Also, it is walking distance to our favorite restaurant, Bebo's! Would definitely stay here again."

"It did not start well as the unit we rented was not available due to a leak. The substitute unit met all expectations. The deor in the original unit which we moved to after a few days was much better but the lighting in the living area could be imroved. Host was responsive. Cannot argue with the location or the spectacular view"

"Newly remodeled. Nice, clean, comfortable condo. Balcony for morning coffee was nice with water view. Short Uber ride to Old San Juan. It’s a longer walk but we did walk to Old San Juan a couple times. "

"We Absolutely loved our stay at Charlie's place. Fabulous location, and a huge plus being next door to a delicious Peruvian restaurant and next to a Mexican restaurant. The beds and pillows were utra comfortable, and the shower is outstanding. Very clean, and beautiful! LOVE. "

"The building is dated and under construction, but we found the unit to be very comfortable and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, very easy and short ride to beaches and walkable to many restaurants and bars. We did not hang out at the pool as it was dated and the building under construction so kind of an eyesore. The beach right in front is rough so we went elsewhere. Overall it was great for the price and our needs."

"We enjoyed our time in Condado. This unit was centrally located to most of the activities we wanted to do and conveniently across the street from a shuttle pickup for some of the excursions we did while in Puerto Rico. The place was exactly as described, clean and had all the amenities we needed. I think I would have felt more safe if there was a chain lock on the door the unit. There is no oven, so for folks with food allergies (like my family) we had to cook only stove top food. The street...
