"Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, with very comfortable beds. Very clean, my only flaw was the male bar manager on the Saturday afternoon after having some afternoon tea we thought we will have a drink in the bar. When we enquired about a table he was very abrupt, said we can’t accommodate, wasn’t what he said more the tone and unlikely the lovely lady from the night before made no attempt to help. "Don’t recall booking an accessible room. Because of the adapted accessibility the shower wasn’t great. Wouldn’t have been perfect if not mobile but would have preferred a better shower that would have been in a room that wasn’t adapted for accessibility."

"The room was clean and tidy but weird light set up. No big light just a mirror and two side lights which was odd. Bed was comfy you could here the traffic and city noise but thats what you get for right in city centre. The overall vide was oppulence and love the original lift doors."
