Find Hotel with a Concierge in Baguio

"Everything is good except the pool. I expected a heated pool but the water is very cold."

"Parking space is impossible for cars and street parking charging only 2 spots available for guests. No help from staff. Sent in circles in the rain and finally decided to find a different hotel for the night. Baguio is not for visitors who want to drive as there is no parking for the average person. Looks like tourists need to take taxi everywhere instead of driving. Never again will I visit."

"What we didn’t like- no refrigerator, no ice machine had to call to request, lighting in the bathroom is dim. The water in the shower does not drain much, it took a day. What we like- walkable to Session Rd, Cathedral and SM. Staff are helpful and friendly."

"Our room was large and clean, however lacked basic facilities one would expect even in a 3 star establishment such as no fridge (room across the hall had one), no USB ports, no iron or hairdrier no hotel director of services. The walls were paper thin and overhearing other guests and hotel staff conversations at all hours was unwelcomed. Two double beds were quite firm but bed bases were essentially a timber box that the mattress sat in meaning that wacking your shin on a corner was easy and...

"There are bugs in the room. We got few bites in different areas of our bodies. Weve discovered some roaches too. No problem with the personnel except for that one lady (who i assume is the supervisor) who was condescending. "
