When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room. "Bed was covered with very old fitted sheet, no flat sheet; pillows hard as rock; gave us a very Worn out blankets; very worn out towels ( white towels looks like beige!), draperies lots of holes, No 110 outlet to hooked my phone, no hot water, no toilet paper, dirty bathroom floor, white bucket with cup in the bathroom ( you have to boil water to have a warm shower) Water dispenser available but the spikes was broken.
