"I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"Great location 20 mins from Sheffield and the reservoirs. Ye olde mustard pot pub 2 mins away served amazing food. We had a few power cuts early on in the week. The hot tub was excellent. Really clean with a cozy front room."

We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. No dishwasher tablets also but overall most things we could have gotten over but sending wrong address just set the tone for a poor experience.Overall shabby and...

We were so impressed by the communication before we arrived and we were very grateful that Stevie and the team were able to let us in a few hours early so we could drop our bags off before the wedding. "Took our family for 50th wedding anniversary. Stayed a week. Nobody wanted to leave. Incredible, amazing, wonderful, fantastic! Wanted for nothing as it was so well equipped. The pool was gorgeous, pool table constantly in use, games galore to play and super hot tub and sauna. What more can one say. A truly superb week! A huge thankyou to the hosts."
