"In the start there were a few misunderstandings and some confusion. Nothing serious. The owner is very kind and responsive. It's a beautiful property and if I'm in the area, I'll stay here again. If you're in the area for tourism be prepared for some moderate-difficult walking."

"The house sits on a top a of the hill with amazing views of Tuscany. Location-wise it was about 30 mins to Montalpulciano, 50 mins to Sienna and an hour to Perugia. Decent equipped."

"Accueil très sympathique, appartement spacieux et la piscine est un atout majeur pour un week end de repos en famille. L'avantage de cet agri-tourisme est sa proximité de la gare de Chiusi (environ 10 km) ce qui nous a permis de nous y rendre en train+vélo! Les seuls petits bémols que j'y ai trouvé sont les moustiques: installer de vraies moustiauraires serait une bonne idée. A noter aussi que la ligne de train passe à 1 km: ce n'est pas génant du tout au niveau du bruit mais ca donne moins...

"It was very picturesque when we drove up, very much a Tuscan Villa. Emma greeted us with a smile and a beverage of choice right when we arrived. The rooms was a perfect size, the bathroom very nice and the views were incredible. Emma helped advise us on the best dinner spots in town and how best to navigate in town. "John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...

Didn't want to leave!

"Wonderful family run place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful during our stay, especially Frederico who gave us helpful information on avoiding ZTLs in Montepulciano, information on other places to visit, and who arranged a lovely winery tour for us. Marzio was helpful as well. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious apartment with a large balcony and lovely view. Very clean. Excellent location. Great food in the restaurant and Georgia was also very nice. Would definitely come back if traveling in this area again! "

"Stunning property with stunning views. The room was exceptional…large comfortable beds. But the views! The restaurant downstairs was one of the best I’ve ever experienced, and I once lived in Italy for 11 years. The Ragu was best ever. The hosts and staff were friendly and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful"

"This was a charming property and the cellar wine experience was most enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this property. Breakfast was excellent and the 1* Michelin Osmosi restaurant was excellent. Had a wonderful dining experience. Montepulciano is well worth a visit. The wines of Fattoria Sventoni are marvellous. "

Great place to stay and exceeded expectations

"This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton. The service was excellent, the staff nearly all spoke English, and the breakfast was delicious. The covered parking is a bonus. "

"Amazing place, will come back. Everything you would want from a visit to Tuscany. Warm people, delicious food and amazing ambiance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had excellent hot water. Rooms opened up to private courtyard. Restaurant meals were delicious, service was impressive and food portions were great. Thank you for taking good care of our family of 5."
